Job Requirements
- Associate's degree required
- Two or more years experience in customer service preferred
- Strong knowledge of technology and software applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience and adaptability to work with seniors
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Job Qualifications
- Associate's degree preferably in technology-related or business-related field
- Two or more years of experience in customer service
- Previous experience supporting older adults with technology preferred
- Strong understanding and comfort with the use of technology
- Proficiency with personal devices, operating systems, and software applications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to convey technical information simply
- Patience and empathy with residents of varying tech proficiency
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Flexibility to work varied hours based on resident needs and events
Job Duties
- Provide one-on-one technology support to residents including smartphones, tablets, laptops, and smart TVs
- Assist residents with setting up and troubleshooting email accounts, video calls, and social media
- Develop and conduct small group training sessions on various technology topics
- Create user-friendly guides and documentation for residents
- Collaborate with IT to maintain up-to-date software and security on devices
- Partner with departments to integrate technology into community amenities
- Organize and facilitate tech-related events and workshops within the community
