Job Requirements
- Associate's degree required, preferably in a technology-related or business-related field
- two or more years of customer service experience strongly preferred, with a focus on working with older adults
- comfort and proficiency in using technology, personal devices, and software applications
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills to convey technical information clearly
- ability to adapt to residents with varying levels of tech proficiency
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- flexibility to work varied hours based on resident needs and community events.
