More specifically, a Team/Crew Member is tasked with performing station duties that may include working at the fountain and frozen product stations, organizing the dresser, managing the front and back swamps, operating the grill, switchboard, or expeditor duties, food preparation, and possibly drive-thru services if applicable. The incumbent must comply with all company policies and procedures, maintaining an environment that upholds operational standards. Sanitation is a crucial focus area, with regular cleaning duties such as trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, washing dishes and food prep tools, wiping counters, sanitizing food preparation areas, cleaning equipment, and managing waste grease responsibly.

The role extends to team communication where it is expected to report any customer or employee complaints directly to the MOD to ensure issues are resolved promptly. Physical demands include moving and stocking food products, sometimes weighing up to 50 pounds, demonstrating the need for strength and endurance.
