This job opening is for the position of Team/Crew Member at a dynamic food service establishment. The Team/Crew Member is responsible for performing basic operational duties aligned with delivering consistent quality service and products. These duties encompass performing station-specific tasks such as managing the fountain and frozen products, handling the grill, assisting in food preparation, and managing front and back swamp operations. Beyond these, the role involves expediting orders, managing switchboards if necessary, and ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of the work areas. Cleaning responsibilities include disposing of trash, mopping, sweeping floors, washing dishes and preparation tools, wiping counters, and sanitizing food preparation areas, all in line with operational requirements.

In addition to the core tasks, the team member plays an active role in communication by reporting any customer or employee issues directly to the Manager on Duty, exemplifying the company’s commitment to proactive problem resolution. Handling stock by moving and stacking food items weighing up to 50 pounds is part of the job, reflecting the physically demanding nature of the role. This position requires excellent attendance, flexibility in working hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and irregular shifts, and the ability to multitask effectively while following directions exactly.
