About the Role: The Team/Crew Member position is a nonexempt role that reports directly to the Manager on Duty (MOD). This position is essential in supporting daily operations by performing a variety of basic operational duties aimed at ensuring quality products and excellent service for guests. Individuals in this role will engage in station duties, cleaning, food preparation, customer service, and general maintenance activities within the restaurant environment. It requires adaptability to irregular hours which may include nights, weekends, and holidays. The role demands physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.

Team/Crew Members are responsible for meeting operational standards across multiple workstations such as the fountain and frozen station, food dressers, front and back swamps, grills, switchboards, expeditor roles, food prep, and drive-thru if applicable. Compliance with company policies, as well as strict adherence to sanitation and safety guidelines, is crucial to maintain the restaurant's standards and customer satisfaction.

This position involves continuous standing, bending, reaching, and movement in a fast-paced setting, frequently handling food products, some weighing up to 50 pounds.
