A Team/Crew Member is responsible for multiple station duties, including but not limited to fountain and frozen stations, dresser, front and back swamp, grill, expeditor, food prep, switchboard, and drive-thru when applicable. Attention to detail and compliance with company policies and operational standards are crucial.

In this role, regular cleaning and sanitation activities are a must, encompassing tasks like trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, dishwashing, counter cleaning, sanitizing food preparation areas, equipment cleaning, and grease disposal. The candidate must have a flexible schedule as the work involves irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. This position requires physical stamina to stand, bend, reach, move, stoop, stretch, and lift continuously within a restaurant environment that has exposure to heat, hot liquids, freezers, and changing weather conditions when stocking food items.
