The Team/Crew Member role reports directly to the Manager on Duty (MOD) and plays a crucial part in supporting restaurant operations. Responsibilities include performing station duties such as managing the fountain and frozen beverage stations, stocking dressers, overseeing the grill area, handling food preparation tasks, and managing the drive-thru station when applicable. In addition to operational tasks, employees are expected to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by disposing of trash, mopping and sweeping floors, washing dishes and food preparation tools, wiping counters, sanitizing food areas, cleaning equipment, and emptying grease as needed.
Team/Crew Members are also expected to exhibit regular attendance and punctuality, ensuring that shifts are fully staffed and operational requirements are met without interruption. This role requires handling physical demands including moving and stocking food items weighing up to 50 pounds, continuous standing, bending, reaching, and exposure to heat and cold environments common in restaurant settings. Further, team members are responsible for reporting customer or employee complaints or issues to the Manager on Duty, reinforcing effective communication across the team.
This role is ideal for individuals who possess general restaurant or retail knowledge, have basic math and reading skills, and are capable of following directions while multitasking efficiently.
