The role of Team/Crew Member is a vital entry-level position within the restaurant operation. The job requires a commitment to maintaining quality standards in food preparation, customer service, and sanitation to ensure all guests enjoy their visit. This position may involve irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, reflecting the nature of the restaurant industry and its demand for flexibility.

The Team/Crew Member's responsibilities include performing assigned station duties such as working at the fountain and frozen station, dresser, front and back swamp areas, grill, switchboard, expeditor, food prep, and drive-thru when applicable. This role demands adherence to company policies, procedures, and operational standards to maintain consistency and cleanliness throughout the restaurant. Regular cleaning and sanitation duties form a significant part of the daily routine, including trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, washing dishes and food preparation tools, wiping counters, sanitizing food prep areas, cleaning equipment, and emptying used grease.

In addition to core duties, Team/Crew Members are expected to report any customer or employee complaints or issues promptly to the MOD, helping to resolve conflicts or prevent operational disruptions. The position requires physical capability to move and stock food products weighing up to 50 pounds and the flexibility to perform other job-related duties as assigned. This hands-on role is essential for ensuring efficient service delivery and maintaining the overall restaurant environment.

Candidates for this position should possess general restaurant or retail knowledge, along with basic math and reading skills. Effective verbal and written communication is necessary to follow instructions accurately and interact with team members and customers.
