The Team or Crew Member position reports directly to the Manager on Duty (MOD) and plays a crucial role in delivering a consistent customer experience that meets company standards. Duties include performing station duties assigned such as fountain and frozen stations, dresser, front or back swamp areas, grill, switchboard, expeditor tasks, food preparation, and drive-thru assistance if applicable. Staff members in this role are expected to maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout their shift by conducting regular cleaning, trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, washing dishes and food prep tools, and sanitizing surfaces and equipment.

This ensures the restaurant remains operational and staffed during peak times, accommodating customer demand. The work environment is physically demanding, involving continuous standing, bending, stretching, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds regularly. Employees are frequently exposed to heat and hot liquids due to cooking activities, and to cold conditions when stocking frozen or refrigerated food items. Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Perform station duties (fountain & frozen, dresser, front swamp, back swamp, grill, switchboard, expeditor, food prep, and drive-thru if applicable) as assigned to meet operational standards
  • Comply with all company policies, procedures, and operational standards
  • Perform regular cleaning and sanitation duties including trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, washing dishes and food preparation tools, wiping counters, sanitizing food preparation areas, cleaning equipment, and emptying used grease
  • Regular attendance
  • Report customer or employee complaints/issues to manager on duty
  • Move and stock food product weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned or required
