Job Description

The Team/Crew Member position is an entry-level role critical to the restaurant's daily operations. Reporting directly to the Manager on Duty (MOD), this nonexempt position involves performing a variety of basic operational duties vital to ensuring guests receive quality products and exceptional service. The Team Member will perform assigned station duties that may include working the fountain and frozen station, dresser, front and back swamps, grill, switchboard, expeditor, food preparation, and possibly the drive-thru. The role demands compliance with all company policies and operational standards, emphasizing sanitation and cleanliness. The position requires handling various physical tasks such as moving and stocking food items weighing up to 50 pounds, cleaning and sanitizing food preparation areas and equipment, and maintaining a hygienic work environment.

Job Duties

  • Perform station duties (fountain and frozen, dresser, front swamp, back swamp, grill, switchboard, expeditor, food prep, and drive-thru if applicable) as assigned to meet operational standards
  • comply with all company policies, procedures, and operational standards
  • perform regular cleaning and sanitation duties including trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, washing dishes and food preparation tools, wiping counters, sanitizing food preparation areas, cleaning equipment, and emptying used grease pursuant to operational standards
  • regular attendance
  • report customer or employee complaints/issues to MOD
  • move and stock food product weighing up to 50 pounds
  • perform other job-related duties as assigned or required
