Job Description
This position is with a renowned quick-service restaurant known for delivering quality food and outstanding customer service. The Team/Crew Member role is integral to this operation, responsible for performing a wide range of basic operational duties that contribute to providing quality products and excellent service to customers. This position reports directly to the Manager on Duty (MOD) and is classified as nonexempt, with irregular hours that include nights, weekends, and holidays. Crew members are expected to maintain regular attendance and fulfill their duties with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
Key responsibilities include performing station duties such as working the fountain and frozen machines, dresser, front and back swamp, grill, switchboard, expeditor, food preparation, and the drive-thru when applicable, ensuring all operational standards are consistently met. Crew members must comply with all company policies, procedures, and operational standards to maintain the quality and safety of the products and workplace environment.
In addition to operational tasks, this role involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation. Responsibilities include trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, washing dishes and food preparation tools, wiping counters, sanitizing food preparation areas, cleaning equipment, and emptying used grease as per company guidelines. The position also demands physical ability to move and stock food products weighing up to 50 pounds.
The work environment is characterized by continuous activity involving standing, bending, reaching, moving, stooping, stretching, and lifting within a busy restaurant setting. Employees will face frequent exposure to heat and hot liquid shortening during cooking, regular contact with freezer temperatures while stocking food items, and occasional exposure to extreme outdoor temperatures based on weather conditions.
Additional duties include promptly reporting customer or employee complaints and issues to the Manager on Duty, and supporting various job-related tasks as assigned or required by management. The role demands strong multitasking abilities, basic math and reading skills, and effective verbal and written communication to ensure smooth and efficient operations. The ideal candidate will be able to follow directions closely and work collaboratively with team members to create a positive experience for every guest.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in a restaurant or retail environment preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Availability to work irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
