Job Description
This position is with a dynamic restaurant operation dedicated to delivering high-quality food products and exceptional service to its guests. The Team/Crew Member is responsible for performing a wide range of duties, including operating assigned workstations such as fountain and frozen beverage stations, food prep areas, grill, drive-thru, and others to meet set operational standards. This versatile role requires an ability to rotate through various stations efficiently, adhering strictly to company policies and procedures while maintaining consistency in service delivery. Beyond daily food preparation and service tasks, the position demands diligent cleaning and sanitation responsibilities, which include trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, washing dishes and food preparation tools, and sanitizing all relevant food contact surfaces and equipment. This ensures a safe and sanitary environment conducive to high-quality food production.
The job also entails physical activities such as moving and stocking food products that may weigh up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods, and exposure to variable environmental conditions such as heat, cold, and outdoor weather when applicable. The nature of the work requires an employee who can maintain regular attendance despite irregular working hours that may include nights, weekends, and holidays. The role contributes significantly to the overall customer experience by not only delivering quality products but also by promptly addressing customer or employee complaints and escalating issues to the MOD for resolution. Job Duties
- perform station duties including fountain and frozen, dresser, front swamp, back swamp, grill, switchboard, expeditor, food prep, and drive-thru as assigned to meet operational standards
- comply with all company policies, procedures, and operational standards
- perform regular cleaning and sanitation duties including trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, washing dishes and food preparation tools, wiping counters, sanitizing food preparation areas, cleaning equipment, and emptying used grease pursuant to operational standards
- maintain regular attendance
- report customer or employee complaints or issues to manager on duty
- move and stock food product weighing up to 50 pounds
- perform other job-related duties as assigned or required
