Job Description

The hiring establishment is a dynamic restaurant known for its commitment to delivering high-quality food and exceptional customer service. This position is for a Team/Crew Member who will report directly to the Manager on Duty (MOD). It is a nonexempt role, meaning the employee is eligible for overtime pay as per labor regulations. The Team/Crew Member plays a crucial part in the daily operations of the restaurant by performing a variety of basic operational duties that contribute to the overall guest experience. These duties include operating different stations such as fountain and frozen beverage stations, food preparation and dressing stations, front and back swamp stations, grill, switchboard, expeditor, and drive-thru when applicable.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant, including tasks such as trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, washing dishes and food preparation tools, wiping counters, sanitizing food prep areas, cleaning kitchen equipment, and handling used grease. Regular attendance and punctuality are expected to ensure smooth operations during shifts, which may include irregular hours such as nights, weekends, and holidays.

Additional responsibilities involve reporting any customer or employee complaints to the Manager on Duty, moving and stocking food products weighing up to 50 pounds, and undertaking any other job-related duties as assigned. The work environment entails continuous physical activity including standing, bending, reaching, moving, stooping, stretching, and lifting in a fast-paced restaurant setting with exposure to heat, hot cooking oils, and freezer temperatures. The candidate should be comfortable working under these conditions and capable of multitasking effectively.

Job Duties
