The position available is for a Team/Crew Member who works directly under the supervision of the Manager on Duty (MOD). This nonexempt role is essential for the smooth and effective daily operations of the restaurant. The Team/Crew Member will be responsible for performing basic operational duties that directly impact the delivery of quality products and services to guests. Working in this role means engaging in various station duties which may include fountain and frozen drink stations, food preparation areas, grill operations, drive-thru service (if applicable), and cleaning and sanitation responsibilities. This position requires a high level of adaptability and willingness to perform different tasks as assigned throughout the shift.

In this role, the Team/Crew Member will be expected to work irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays, reflecting the demands of the hospitality industry. The job entails continuous movement such as standing, bending, reaching, and lifting, ensuring that physical stamina and endurance are integral to success in this position. The work environment involves exposure to typical restaurant conditions such as heat from cooking equipment, cold from freezers, and occasional extreme weather due to outdoor tasks.

Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • perform station duties including fountain and frozen, dresser, front swamp, back swamp, grill, switchboard, expeditor, food prep, and drive-thru as assigned to meet operational standards
  • comply with all company policies, procedures, and operational standards
  • perform regular cleaning and sanitation duties including trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, washing dishes and food preparation tools, wiping counters, sanitizing food preparation areas, cleaning equipment, and emptying used grease pursuant to operational standards
  • maintain regular attendance
  • report customer or employee complaints or issues to manager on duty
  • move and stock food product weighing up to 50 pounds
  • perform other job-related duties as assigned or required
