The core responsibilities of this role include performing station-specific duties, such as working at the fountain and frozen dessert stations, dressing food items, managing front and back swamps, grilling, operating the switchboard, acting as an expeditor, food preparation, and drive-thru service when applicable. The Team/Crew Member must adhere strictly to all company policies, procedures, and operational standards to maintain the quality and consistency of service. Regular cleaning and sanitation tasks are also a vital part of the role, ensuring the cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas, proper disposal of trash, and maintenance of equipment. Job Duties
