Role Description: The Team/Crew Member position encompasses a variety of operational duties designed to provide outstanding service to our guests. Reporting directly to the Manager on Duty (MOD), this nonexempt role requires dedication to carrying out assigned tasks efficiently and adhering strictly to company policies and procedures. Team members are expected to perform station duties including but not limited to fountain and frozen drink stations, food preparation areas, grill, switchboard, expeditor responsibilities, and drive-thru operations if applicable. Additionally, this role demands a commitment to cleanliness and sanitation standards within the restaurant. Responsibilities include trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, dishwashing, wiping counters, sanitizing food preparation surfaces, cleaning equipment, and managing waste such as used grease. The position operates under irregular hours covering nights, weekends, and holidays, thus offering varied shift schedules to accommodate operational demands. Key qualities for success in the role include effective communication skills, the ability to multitask, follow directions accurately, and maintain regular attendance. The working environment involves continuous standing, bending, reaching, and moving, with potential exposure to heat and extreme temperatures based on seasonal weather conditions. Job Requirements

  • Physical ability to stand, bend, reach, move, stoop, stretch, and lift up to 50 pounds continuously in a restaurant environment
  • Comfortable working near heat, hot liquids, freezer temperatures, and variable weather conditions

Job Duties

  • Perform station duties (fountain and frozen, dresser, front swamp, back swamp, grill, switchboard, expeditor, food prep, and drive-thru if applicable) as assigned to meet operational standards
  • Comply with all company policies, procedures, and operational standards
  • Perform regular cleaning and sanitation duties including trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, washing dishes and food preparation tools, wiping counters, sanitizing food preparation areas, cleaning equipment, and emptying used grease
  • Maintain regular attendance
  • Report customer or employee complaints/issues to manager on duty
  • Move and stock food product weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned or required
