We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Team/Crew Leader to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring smooth daily operations and maintaining our commitment to quality and service excellence. The Team/Crew Leader will perform, lead, and supervise operational duties across various stations, including fountain and frozen treats, food preparation areas, grill, drive-thru, and other service points. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and an ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Reporting directly to the Manager on Duty (MOD), this nonexempt position requires a minimum commitment of 30 hours per week, including irregular shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays. The Team/Crew Leader will be responsible for training new employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and operational standards, and maintaining hygiene and sanitation protocols. They will also lead shift meetings, manage customer and employee concerns, and assist with inventory management and stocking duties.

This role demands physical stamina and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and sometimes high-pressure setting, frequently requiring standing, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, and exposure to varying temperatures and environments. Job Duties

  • Perform, lead, and supervise station duties as assigned to meet operational standards
  • Assist with new employee orientation and training
  • Comply with all company policies, procedures, and operational standards
  • Perform, lead, and supervise regular cleaning and sanitation duties
  • Maintain regular attendance
  • Lead shift meetings
  • Report customer or employee complaints/issues to MOD
  • Move and stock food product weighing up to 50 pounds
