Working a block schedule of four days per week with shifts lasting between 4 to 6 hours, TEAM8s are entrusted with duties such as checking in students with positivity, building personal connections by remembering client names, making sales, and ensuring the studio’s cleanliness. This includes resetting props, cleaning studio mirrors, and deep cleaning bathrooms, highlighting the importance of maintaining a pristine environment conducive to wellness and focus.
