Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3 years retail experience
- 1 year supervisor or manager experience of 25 or more staff at peak times
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without need now or in the future for sponsorship for employment-based visa status

- One year supervisor or manager experience of 25 or more staff at peak times
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience coordinating large teams during events
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to collaborate with multiple university departments and vendors
Job Duties
- Manage and oversee daily operations of Team Shop and licensed merchandise locations
- Coordinate VolShop events staff for major events such as Graduation and marketing activations
- Manage staffing, merchandising, POS registers, and inventory control
- Provide leadership and training to student supervisors and 50 student retailers
- Collaborate with buyers and distribution center to maintain stock levels and manage merchandise picking
- Schedule and determine hours for event locations
- Coordinate with accounting and University Police for event funds delivery and pickup
