Job Requirements
- Experience in food preparation, cooking, and food service management
- Previous supervisory or management experience in a restaurant environment
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability to work in person during assigned shifts

- Proven experience in food service management
- Strong leadership and team supervision skills
- Proficiency with POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS
- Excellent customer service and hospitality skills
- Ability to train and develop staff effectively
- Knowledge of inventory control and budgeting

Job Duties
- Lead and supervise team members during assigned shifts
- Oversee food preparation and handling to meet safety standards
- Manage POS systems for order processing and cash handling
- Coordinate inventory control and assist with food management
- Train new staff and provide ongoing coaching
- Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols
- Support shift management including scheduling and customer issue resolution
