Job Requirements

  • Experience in food preparation, cooking, and food service management
  • Previous supervisory or management experience in a restaurant environment
  • Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Availability to work in person during assigned shifts

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in food service management
  • Strong leadership and team supervision skills
  • Proficiency with POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS
  • Excellent customer service and hospitality skills
  • Ability to train and develop staff effectively
  • Knowledge of inventory control and budgeting

Job Duties

  • Lead and supervise team members during assigned shifts
  • Oversee food preparation and handling to meet safety standards
  • Manage POS systems for order processing and cash handling
  • Coordinate inventory control and assist with food management
  • Train new staff and provide ongoing coaching
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols
  • Support shift management including scheduling and customer issue resolution
