Job Requirements

  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Ability to follow food safety and quality standards
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the work environment
  • Ability to work flexible hours including various shifts
  • Willingness to take initiative and lead when required
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in customer service or food service preferred but not required
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including day, evening, morning, and night shifts
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated leadership ability for shift lead roles
  • Commitment to upholding company values and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Basic food safety knowledge is an asset
