Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food service preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including various shifts
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to follow health and safety guidelines
  • Dependability and strong work ethic
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in the food service industry preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • Leadership experience or willingness to take on leadership responsibilities for Shift Lead role
  • Ability to follow food safety and quality standards
  • Proven ability to work well in a team environment
  • Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent customer service, going above and beyond to create a memorable experience for customers
  • Ensure food quality and safety by following strict guidelines and procedures
  • Represent the brand positively, embodying core values in every interaction
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring efficiency and flawless execution
  • Run shifts efficiently, ensuring operations run smoothly while upholding Taco Bell's standards
  • Tackle problems and seek help when needed, taking initiative to address challenges and provide support to the team
  • Provide guidance to team members, mentoring and leading the team to deliver excellent customer service
  • Ensure excellent customer service, cultivating an environment where every customer leaves happy and satisfied
