Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including various shifts
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to follow health and safety guidelines
- Dependability and strong work ethic
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed

- Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Leadership experience or willingness to take on leadership responsibilities for Shift Lead role

- Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service, going above and beyond to create a memorable experience for customers
- Ensure food quality and safety by following strict guidelines and procedures
- Represent the brand positively, embodying core values in every interaction
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring efficiency and flawless execution
- Run shifts efficiently, ensuring operations run smoothly while upholding Taco Bell's standards
- Tackle problems and seek help when needed, taking initiative to address challenges and provide support to the team
- Provide guidance to team members, mentoring and leading the team to deliver excellent customer service
- Ensure excellent customer service, cultivating an environment where every customer leaves happy and satisfied
