Job Requirements
- Demonstrates ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
- cash handling and customer service experience preferred
- able to stand and walk for extended periods
- frequently bend, twist, lift, and carry at least 40 pounds
- able to speak, read, and comprehend instructions and policy documents
- available to work flexible schedules including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in customer service or food service roles beneficial
- ability to operate point-of-sale systems
- basic knowledge of food safety practices
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- physical capability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry as required
- willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- reliable with consistent attendance
- ability to follow instructions and company policies

Job Duties
- Provide friendly customer service through positive interactions with travelers
- operate point-of-sale system to accurately process payments
- ensure proper food handling including wrapping, labeling, stocking, and temperature checks
- complete kitchen-related tasks such as prepping, thawing, cooking, packaging, and cleaning
- stock, clean, and sanitize workstations and equipment
- actively cross-sell and up-sell products
- maintain knowledge of products and services available at the plaza
- follow brand standards, food safety, and company policies
- execute various additional tasks as assigned
- utilize appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment for custodial tasks
- clean restrooms, windows, worktables, and equipment thoroughly
- remove trash to designated areas
- sweep, mop, scrub, and buff floors
- maintain organized lobby and dining areas
- handle loading and unloading of supply trucks
- follow all safety, sanitation, and security procedures
- interact with public and coworkers in a friendly and enthusiastic manner
