The role we are hiring for is a Team Member position, designed for individuals who enjoy interacting with customers, executing food preparation tasks, and working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. This position is part-time with shifts available during days, nights, weekends, and holidays between 11 am and 11 pm. We offer competitive pay ranging from $12.00 to $14.00 per hour plus tips, providing a great opportunity for individuals looking to earn good income while building valuable workplace skills. As part of the team, you will be greeting every customer warmly, handling point-of-sale transactions with accuracy, preparing and baking items according to specified recipes, and fulfilling dine-in, takeout, delivery, and online orders efficiently. Additionally, you will support catering orders and occasional off-site events, ensuring consistent quality and a welcoming experience for every guest.

Your role will require excellent communication skills, both with customers and within the team, to ensure smooth operations in the kitchen, dining area, and other workspaces. Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and safety is also a critical aspect of the position, as we strive to uphold the highest hygiene standards. Physically, the job may require you to bend, carry, and lift items up to 25 pounds and to stand for extended periods. We seek individuals who are flexible, willing to multitask, and able to work various positions as needed to help the team succeed.
