Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Availability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Previous experience in customer service preferred
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in the restaurant or food service industry is advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Capability to handle customer service situations professionally

- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Job Duties
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Prepare and serve KFC menu items according to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front and back of the house
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment
