Candidates applying for the Customer Service Representative position should have a high school diploma or equivalent and ideally some retail or customer service experience, though motivation and a willingness to learn are equally valued. The role requires the physical ability to stand and walk up to eight hours a day, lift or carry weights up to 60 pounds on occasion, and perform tasks that involve bending, pushing, pulling, and fine manual dexterity. Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
  • Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds repeatedly
  • Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds
  • Ability to push/pull with arms up to 20 pounds of force
  • Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour per shift
  • Hand-eye coordination for grasping, reaching and manipulating objects
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts
  • Motivation to learn and have fun at work

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in retail or customer service preferred
  • Sales associate or cashiering experience a plus

Job Duties

  • Greet customers and provide friendly and efficient service
