We are currently seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Team Members for Auntie Anne's and/or Cinnabon outlets. This full-time or part-time position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused food service environment. As a Team Member, you will be responsible for the preparation and presentation of Auntie Anne's and Cinnabon products, ensuring that each guest receives consistent, quality food and beverages in a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires adherence to all food safety guidelines, equipment maintenance protocols, and company policies to guarantee a clean, efficient, and compliant store operation.

The ideal candidate will be involved in a wide range of activities including preparing dough, rolling and shaping pretzels and Cinnabon products, baking, and assembling orders. You will also engage directly with guests, providing friendly service, taking orders accurately, and suggesting product upsells to enhance sales and customer satisfaction. A key part of this role is maintaining the store's appearance by setting up and cleaning equipment and utensils, managing supplies, and following health and hygiene standards consistently.

Job Requirements

  • 0-1 years of experience in the food service industry or equivalent retail experience
  • Current food handler certification or ability to obtain certification within 30 days
  • Basic math and reading skills
  • Ability to understand and carry out oral and/or written instructions in English and request clarification when needed
  • Strong guest focus with excellent people skills including positive attitude and quick learner
  • Availability to work shifts
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers
  • Compliance with all health and sanitation laws and regulations
  • Full-time status earned by performance and schedule availability
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds or more
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment handling POS system, guests, and staff
  • Work with agility
  • Ability to write simple correspondence in English
  • Ability to test products by taste, color, and smell
  • Minimum age 16 to operate ovens
  • Minimum age 18 to operate mixers

Job Qualifications

  • 0-1 years of experience in the food service industry or equivalent retail experience

  • Experience with computer, smartphones, iPads, retail handhelds, and POS systems preferred
  • General knowledge of the food industry or retail operations preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Prepare dough and other products such as lemonade, butter, dips, Cinnabons, and yogurt
  • Roll, twist, dip, shape, bake, and bag pretzels, Cinnabons, and yogurt
  • Prepare specialty pretzels or other brand products for Cinnabon
  • Insert, rotate, and remove pretzel/Cinnabon trays
  • monitor ovens for correct baking time and product color
  • Dip, drain, and fill pretzels/Cinnabons in the warmer/hot plate
  • Prepare drinks and bag orders using appropriate health and safety measures
  • Exhibit a friendly and courteous attitude toward guests and co-workers
  • Host, greet, and serve guests with a smile and take orders
  • Assertively and professionally suggest and upsell to increase company profitability
  • Operate the point-of-sale system efficiently with minimum voids and accurately make change
  • Serve and provide samples to potential guests
  • Set up equipment, utensils, and supplies for opening
  • Break down, clean, and put away equipment, utensils, and supplies at closing
  • Perform cleaning and maintenance procedures as directed
  • Always comply with uniform policy and company hygiene/appearance standards
  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Comply with Fresh Dining Concepts policies and procedures including safety and environmental regulations
