Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service preferred but not required
- ability to stand for extended periods
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- basic cash handling skills
- ability to follow instructions accurately
- physical ability to perform cleaning and stocking tasks

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- take and process food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently

- maintain a clean and organized dining area including tables chairs and condiments
- respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a polite and helpful manner
- monitor and maintain food and beverage stock levels to ensure availability
- collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate service
- follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe and healthy environment
- uphold company policies and procedures and ensure compliance with all regulations
- continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service
- assist with opening and closing duties as needed
- communicate any issues or concerns to management in a timely manner
