Job Requirements
- Must be available to work flexible hours including weekends and late nights
- Must be at least legal age to sell or serve alcohol where applicable
- Completion of legally required alcohol sales training and certification if applicable
- Ability to stand walk and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally
- Must pass background check and be eligible to work legally
- Must comply with all federal state and company regulations and policies
- Ability to read and understand training materials including harassment discrimination and safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and box office cashier or progress towards completion
- Ability to operate POS systems with accuracy
- Good public speaking and listening skills
- Ability to perform mathematical calculations accurately
- Knowledge of food safety laws and responsible alcohol service training where applicable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations
- Ability to maintain consistent attendance and comply with company dress code
Job Duties
- Operating POS system including accurate handling of cash drawer credit cards travelers checks gift cards and redeemed tickets
- Up selling and suggestive selling of premium viewing experiences and concessions
- Promoting the Regal Crown Club program
- Ensuring compliance with MPAA rating system and company policies
- Handling guest inquiries and providing excellent customer service
- Performing general cleaning duties and maintaining theatre cleanliness
- Managing crowd control and assisting guests in finding seats
- Inspecting backpacks and packages when required
- Reporting any unusual situations or discrepancies to management
- Participating in opening and closing theatre duties as assigned
