This role involves working flexible hours with a schedule that includes operating hours from 9:00 am to midnight, with weekend shifts extending until 11:45 pm.

As a Box Office team member, the responsibilities include operating the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately, handling cash, credit cards, tickets, and passes, and promoting the Regal Crown Club loyalty program. Up-selling premium viewing options and ensuring ticket sales comply with MPAA rating guidelines are critical functions that help enhance the guest experience and uphold company policies. In the Concession department, team members manage inventory and sales, prepare and clean concession equipment, adhere to food safety laws, and participate in suggestive selling to maximize sales. The role also requires compliance with all federal and state regulations, including certification for alcohol sales where applicable.

Ushers play a vital role in theatre safety and guest assistance by managing crowd control, inspecting bags, enforcing rating policies, performing auditorium inspections, monitoring cleanliness, and supporting concession sales during shows. Ushers contribute significantly to maintaining a pleasant and secure environment for guests.
