This includes greeting customers with warmth, taking and processing orders efficiently, handling payments via a cash register or point-of-sale system, and addressing customer inquiries professionally.
Additionally, Team Members support restaurant operations through assisting in food preparation, restocking supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house environment. The role requires flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, accommodating the unique demands of the hospitality and airport settings. Working conditions range from climate-controlled international airport terminals to potentially strenuous restaurant environments involving exposure to varying temperatures, noise, and specialized equipment. The position involves physical activity such as standing or walking for extended periods, occasional bending, lifting, and operating restaurant tools and machinery safely.
