Job Requirements
- Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays
- Flexibility to adapt based on business needs
- Willingness to abide by SONIC appearance, uniform and hygiene standards
- Successful completion of SONIC skating training program (for skating carhops)
- Proficiency in roller skating and ability to balance and carry trays while skating (for skating carhops)
- Ability to stand continuously and perform physical tasks
Job Qualifications
- Friendly and smiling disposition with a positive attitude
- Willingness to cross-train on all stations
- Team player with a focus on cleanliness and safety
- Effective communication skills
- Basic math and reading skills
- General knowledge of restaurant industry or retail operations preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Wearing a smile to work
- Taking orders and making accurate change quickly
- Providing food service to guests with enthusiasm
- Packaging all menu items and checking for product quality and consistency
- Preparing drinks and ice cream treats
- Delivering food and drinks to customers promptly
- Completing assigned skating training program and serving while roller skating (for skating carhops)
