The Event Services Team at Ruoff Mortgage Stadium is now seeking proactive and motivated individuals to join their squad. This role is ideal for those who love being part of the behind-the-scenes action that creates the unforgettable game-day magic for fans. As a member of this team, you will be integral to preparations before events, supporting seamless operations during events, and thoroughly resetting the stadium post-event to get it ready for the next big occasion. Shifts vary widely and involve pre-event setup activities such as arranging seating areas and readying spaces for fans’ arrival, in-event support to maintain cleanliness and guest satisfaction, and rigorous post-event cleanup tasks. Most Fort Wayne FC home games are held on Saturday evenings between May and October, with additional Wednesday games and other special events mixed into the season schedule. This part-time position requires flexibility, teamwork, and a can-do attitude to meet the diverse demands of different events, ensuring every guest enjoys a superior experience. The role demands physical activity, including walking, stair climbing, bending, and lifting up to 20 pounds, all performed outdoors in various weather conditions. Staff members are provided with a branded event shirt, while they must wear khaki pants or approved long shorts and comfortable shoes to maintain a professional appearance.
