The role of a Nothing Bundt Cakes Team Member is a vital position focused on delivering outstanding customer service while maintaining high standards in bakery production and cleanliness. Team Members at NbC are responsible for greeting guests warmly and assisting with orders both in person and over the phone. They maintain comprehensive product knowledge to educate customers on the varieties of cakes, available flavors, sizes, and retail offerings. The position involves hands-on baking tasks such as preparing, baking, frosting, and packaging cakes precisely following proprietary recipes and strict food safety guidelines. Beyond baking, Team Members ensure that all sanitation and health regulations are adhered to, maintaining a clean and orderly workspace including dishwashing, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing. Operating commercial-grade bakery equipment, monitoring inventory, and collaborating closely with team members to uphold brand standards and efficient bakery operations form essential parts of the role.

Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years old (18 years old for certain roles such as baking, frosting and dishwashing)
  • no formal education or experience required, but prior experience in guest service, bakery, restaurant, or retail is a plus
  • must have flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business demands

Job Duties
