  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Knowledge of basic math preferred
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Job Duties

  • Greeting guests and providing friendly, efficient customer service
  • Taking food orders and accurately processing transactions
  • Preparing ingredients and food items according to company recipes and standards
  • Cooking and grilling meats, including steak and chicken, to proper temperatures
  • Maintaining a steady supply of fresh food during service
  • Following food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines
  • Properly storing, labeling, and rotating food products
  • Monitoring inventory levels and notifying management when supplies are running low
  • Washing dishes, cleaning equipment, and maintaining a clean kitchen and dining area
  • Assisting with opening, closing, and daily cleaning procedures
  • Working as part of a team to ensure smooth restaurant operations
  • Performing additional duties as assigned to support the success of the restaurant
