At The Tomato Shack, we are currently looking for motivated Team Members eager to build a career in the food service industry. This role is ideal for anyone interested in first gaining experience and training in various restaurant operations with a clear path toward becoming a waiter or waitress, and potentially advancing further into team leadership or management positions. With hands-on training, team members will rotate through food preparation stations becoming proficient in kitchen skills, assist in order coordination and expediting to ensure smooth service during busy periods, and deliver excellent customer service for dine-in, takeout, and delivery clientele.
The work environment here is fast-paced yet supportive, requiring team members to be agile as the restaurant spans three floors connected by multiple flights of stairs.
