The role of a Team Member at Qdoba is a dynamic position that requires cross-training in both kitchen and front-of-house service areas. Job Duties
- Interact verbally with patrons staff and management
- communicate with customers in a friendly yet professional manner
- bus dining room area
- prepare produce and maintain food according to specifications by using approved recipes
- knowledgeable of and able to communicate product information to customer
- control portioning
- clean work area restrooms service equipment dining area food preparation equipment maintain kitchen cleanliness and overall restaurant cleanliness to prescribed standards
- replenish foods in serving stations and holding areas according to prescribed inventory controls
- complete all aspects of the job in a manner that will not affect the speed or quality of customer service at any time
- receive and put away food orders
- clean organize and rotate items in walk-in cooler
- help manage inventory control
- prepare food volumes based on sales and inventory driven quantities
- assemble customer orders to prescribed specification when working on the line
