Job Requirements
- Weekend availability is required
- minimum three shifts per week
- reliable transportation to your café location
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 25 lbs

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to communicate clearly and work effectively in a team
- customer service experience preferred but not required
- basic math and cash handling skills
- ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- willingness to work weekends and commit to minimum three shifts per week
Job Duties
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and food items according to company standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the café
- engage positively with customers and team members
- adhere to health and safety guidelines
- manage inventory and stock supplies as needed
- demonstrate reliability by consistently showing up prepared and on time
