This job opening is for Team Members at Kaldi's Coffee Medical Campus locations, including the Neuroscience Research Building, Siteman Cancer Center, and Medical Campus Central (MCC). This role involves working both front-of-house and back-of-house, where you will take orders, prepare drinks and food, and ensure the café runs smoothly and efficiently during daytime hours. The position offers a base pay starting at $12 per hour, but with a shared tip pool, employees' combined hourly rate will not fall below $17 per hour. Importantly, this role only requires daytime shifts with no late nights or closing shifts, accommodating those who prefer earlier hours.

This is a role requiring weekday availability and a commitment to a minimum of three shifts per week.
