Job Requirements
- Age 16 or older with worker's permit if under 18
- Recent TB clearance test
- 0 to 1 year experience in food service or retail (training provided)
- Ability to taste-test products for quality
- Ability to stand, bend, scoop, and move during shifts
- Comfortable in cold environments such as walk-in fridge/freezer
- Basic math and computer skills
- English comprehension for instructions and communication

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve smoothies and acai bowls with attention to quality and presentation
- Provide exceptional customer service and engage with customers in a friendly manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment
- Operate POS systems for accurate cash handling and order processing
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Comply with food safety and hygiene standards including TB clearance requirements
- Participate in training programs and contribute to team collaboration and continuous improvement
