Job Requirements
- age 16 or older
- worker's permit required if under 18
- recent TB clearance test
- ability to taste-test products for quality
- enthusiasm for healthy lifestyle and customer engagement
- tech-savvy with POS systems and mobile devices
- knowledge of food industry or nutrition terms is a plus
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or currently attending school
- 0-1 year experience in food service or retail
- basic math and computer skills
- ability to stand, bend, scoop, and move around during shifts
- comfort working in cold environments like walk-in fridge and freezer
- cash handling and customer service skills preferred
- english comprehension for instructions and communication
Job Duties
- prepare and serve refreshing smoothies and acai bowls
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
- provide exceptional customer service and answer questions about menu items
- handle cash transactions accurately
- follow health and safety guidelines
- participate in training sessions and team meetings
- support inventory management and restocking
