Job Requirements
- age 16 or older with worker's permit if under 18
- tb clearance with recent test required
- ability to stand, bend, scoop, and move during shifts
- comfortable working in cold environments such as walk-in fridges and freezers
- basic math and computer skills
- ability to taste-test products for quality
- english comprehension for instructions and communication
- 0-1 year experience in food service or retail
- cash handling and customer service skills preferred

Job Duties
- greet customers with a friendly attitude and provide excellent customer service
- prepare and serve smoothies, acai bowls, and other menu items according to company standards
- ensure quality control by taste testing products regularly
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- handle cash and operate point-of-sale systems accurately
- adhere to health and safety guidelines
- participate in training sessions and team meetings
