  • Prior cash handling or food prep experience preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Ensure quality standards of all products by adhering to food handling, preparation, and portioning procedures
  • Prepare and sell food items and increase sales through cross and up-selling
  • Collect payment and adhere to cash handling and inventory policies
  • Provide consistent quality offerings through proper preparation and display of goods
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas
  • Stock shelves or process deliveries following inventory control procedures
  • Complete other assignments and assist team members as required
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks
  • Comply with all Health Department licenses and regulations
  • Remove debris and empty trash receptacles from public areas
  • Conduct general sanitation of restaurants, carts, depots, and commissary
  • Perform deep cleaning of equipment, walls, floors, and ceilings
  • Operate light weight grounds equipment like pressure washers and leaf blowers
  • Adhere to local, state, and federal cleanliness, food handling, and food storage procedures
