Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible weekday hours
- Must be able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
- Ability to move objects weighing up to 50 pounds frequently
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Prior cash handling or food prep experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills

Job Duties
- Ensure quality standards of all products by adhering to food handling, preparation, and portioning procedures
- Prepare and sell food items and increase sales through cross and up-selling
- Collect payment and adhere to cash handling and inventory policies
- Provide consistent quality offerings through proper preparation and display of goods
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas
- Stock shelves or process deliveries following inventory control procedures
- Complete other assignments and assist team members as required
- Perform daily cleaning tasks
- Comply with all Health Department licenses and regulations
- Remove debris and empty trash receptacles from public areas
- Conduct general sanitation of restaurants, carts, depots, and commissary
- Perform deep cleaning of equipment, walls, floors, and ceilings
- Operate light weight grounds equipment like pressure washers and leaf blowers
- Adhere to local, state, and federal cleanliness, food handling, and food storage procedures
