This particular role is part of the Corporate Field Operations team at Checkers & Rally's, focused on enhancing the guest experience and ensuring operational standards are met across the board. As a team member in this capacity, you will play a crucial role in supporting franchisees and restaurant teams to deliver fast, bold food with exceptional guest service consistently. Your responsibilities will include promoting guest satisfaction to build sales and profits, escalating concerns to management when necessary, responding to guests' needs promptly, completing cross-training in various positions, and adhering to policies and procedures to maximize the safety and satisfaction of both guests and employees. You will also contribute to maintaining a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment, thereby enhancing the overall dining experience at Checkers & Rally's.
The company seeks candidates with some background in guest service or food preparation, possessing basic math skills and the flexibility to work varied and extended hours. Preferred qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and food safety certification, although these are not necessarily mandatory.
