DRG is currently seeking energetic and enthusiastic Team Members to join its rapidly growing team. This is an hourly position with starting pay ranging from $15 to $16 depending on experience and availability, representing a competitive wage in the fast-food industry. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment. As a Team Member, individuals are expected to contribute positively by coming to work with a 'can-do' attitude, readiness to assist customers, and commitment to the team’s success.

The Team Member role plays a vital function in building brand loyalty and enhancing customer satisfaction. This is achieved by providing friendly, efficient service and maintaining a clean and safe workplace environment in the restaurant. Team Members handle a variety of tasks including greeting customers, taking orders, handling payments, preparing food and drinks, assembling food items, and ensuring orders are served correctly. Additionally, they maintain the cleanliness of the lobby, kitchen, and outdoor areas, adhering strictly to food safety and conduct policies.

Job Duties

  • greet customers inside the restaurant and drive thru in a friendly manner
  • take and ring orders, and handle payments
  • prepare and properly hold food for service
  • assemble food items and make drinks quickly and efficiently
  • ensure orders served to guests are correct
  • maintain a clean and safe work environment in both lobby, kitchen, and outdoor areas
  • follow all policies and procedures regarding food safety, job duties and code of conduct
