For those working night shifts or closing the restaurant, additional duties include dismantling kitchen equipment, disinfecting and cleaning appliances, climbing ladders to clean hood filters, handling hot oil filtration or disposal, and degreasing floors. This comprehensive role demands a flexible worker who can adapt to various tasks and maintain high standards of hygiene and customer service.
