Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to follow recipes and food preparation guidelines
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
- Must pass any applicable background checks and drug screening
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for order processing
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
Job Duties
- Greet our guests with a smile, quickly and accurately take their order and payment
- Take phone orders or catering orders to help our guests plan their special events
- Give out completed orders to guests by calling out numbers with a rhyme
- Prepare food to our high-quality standards and maintain a clean and sanitary workspace
- Cook food to order such as Italian Beef, Burgers, Hot Dogs, Fries, and much more following provided recipes and Portillo's standards
- Ensure proper sanitation practices are in place
- Follow recipes provided to create fresh, made-to-order salads and maintain a clean workspace
