The compensation for this role starts at $13 per hour, with additional premium pay after 11 pm, during extreme cold outdoor work conditions, and on holidays. Job Requirements
- Ability to work 30 hours or more per week for full-time benefits eligibility
- must be able to work in both indoor and outdoor settings including cold weather conditions
- capability to stand for long periods

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in food service or customer-facing roles is beneficial but not required

- willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Job Duties
- Greet guests with a smile and take orders and payments quickly and accurately
- take phone and catering orders to assist guests in planning special events
- call out completed order numbers with rhymes to engage customers
- prepare food following high-quality standards and maintain a clean and sanitary workspace
- cook menu items such as Italian Beef, Burgers, Hot Dogs, Fries, and more according to recipes and sanitation standards
- create eye-catching, fresh made-to-order salads and maintain a clean workspace
