The Team Member Dining Server role at Emerald Queen Casino is a vital position within the internal guest services team. This role is specifically designed to serve the dining needs of the casino's team members, providing a supportive and efficient dining experience. The server is responsible for preparing and serving meals in the team member dining room, ensuring that food quality and safety standards are maintained throughout the service periods. Duties include pulling food from warmers, testing food to verify proper temperature settings, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area. In addition to food service, the server is tasked with replenishing food supplies such as fruits and vegetables, guaranteeing that food stations remain well stocked at all times.

This full-time position offers a competitive pay rate starting at $18.50 per hour and increases to $19.10 per hour after successful completion of a 90-day orientation period. The role demands physical stamina and adherence to safety standards, including standing for extended periods, lifting up to 40 pounds, and working in a smoke-filled environment typical to casino settings. Additionally, employees must obtain and maintain a valid Washington State food handler’s card along with a Class III B license as required by regulatory authorities.

The dining server position also requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to follow directions closely. Candidates must be willing to work various shifts, including days, swings, graveyard, and holidays, reflecting the operational hours of the casino. This role contributes to cultivating a positive work environment and is an essential part of ensuring that team members feel valued and supported through quality dining service.
