The Team Member position at Blaze Pizza is designed to deliver exceptional guest satisfaction and maintain high operational standards within the restaurant. This role involves performing specific tasks and duties assigned throughout the dining service process, ensuring that every guest receives Fast, Fun, and Friendly B.L.A.Z.E. service. Key responsibilities include handing guest interactions with big friendly smiles, lively and fun communication, accommodating guest requests enthusiastically, working efficiently and quickly, and consistently exceeding guest expectations. Team Members are expected to maintain a sparklingly clean work environment, support food and cash controls, follow cost control guidelines, and use all products and equipment responsibly.

This position offers hourly compensation in the range of $20.00 to $21.00, reflecting the importance of skilled, motivated team members who contribute significantly to restaurant success. The role requires individuals who are performance-oriented, eager to learn, and able to collaborate effectively with coworkers and management. Training is an integral part of this position, with a structured Blaze Training Program aimed at helping employees develop skills and understand how their responsibilities impact guests, team members, and overall operations. Job Requirements

  • Must be a minimum of 16 years of age
  • Must have reliable transportation to work
  • Must have telephone or other reliable communication with the restaurant
  • Must be able and willing to work flexible hours including opening and closing shifts
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to bend and stoop
  • Ability to work around heat and in close quarters with others
  • Ability to lift 50-75 lbs comfortably

Job Qualifications

  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Capable of effective communication with management, guests, and coworkers
  • Bi-lingual skills are a plus

  • Follows all company guidelines for food and cash controls and cost management
  • Properly uses all products, supplies, and equipment facilities
