Job Requirements
- Must be a minimum of 16 years of age
- must have reliable transportation to work
- must have telephone or other reliable method of communicating with the restaurant
- must be able and willing to work flexible hours including opening and closing shifts
- good verbal and written communication skills
- ability to stand for long periods of time
- ability to bend and stoop
- ability to work around heat and others in close quarters
- ability to lift 50-75 lbs comfortably

Job Duties
- Work assigned stations accurately productively and neatly
- provide fast fun and friendly B.L.A.Z.E service including big friendly smiles lively fun interactions always saying yes going really fast and exceeding expectations
- follow Blaze Training Program to learn new skills duties and responsibilities
- communicate to immediate supervisor when additional training guidance and practice is needed
- contribute to the restaurant’s success by accomplishing expected work consistently during each shift
- support goals decisions and directives of restaurant management without insubordination
- follow all company guidelines for food and cash controls and cost control guidelines to maintain restaurant costs properly using all products supplies and equipment facilities
