Job Requirements

  • Must be a minimum of 16 years of age
  • must have reliable transportation to work
  • must have telephone or other reliable method of communicating with the restaurant
  • must be able and willing to work flexible hours including opening and closing shifts
  • good verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to stand for long periods of time
  • ability to bend and stoop
  • ability to work around heat and others in close quarters
  • ability to lift 50-75 lbs comfortably

Job Duties

  • Work assigned stations accurately productively and neatly
  • provide fast fun and friendly B.L.A.Z.E service including big friendly smiles lively fun interactions always saying yes going really fast and exceeding expectations
  • follow Blaze Training Program to learn new skills duties and responsibilities
  • communicate to immediate supervisor when additional training guidance and practice is needed
  • contribute to the restaurant’s success by accomplishing expected work consistently during each shift
  • support goals decisions and directives of restaurant management without insubordination
  • follow all company guidelines for food and cash controls and cost control guidelines to maintain restaurant costs properly using all products supplies and equipment facilities
